The full terms of service for the WBP Omni SEO Pro plugin, website and paid services. Written in plain English wherever possible, with legal clarifications noted.
1. Acceptance
By installing, activating or purchasing WBP Omni SEO Pro (the 'plugin' or the 'services'), you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not install or purchase.
2. Licenses
Plugin licenses are per-site as listed on the pricing page. A license grants the right to install the plugin on the number of sites specified and receive updates for the term of the license.
3. Refund policy
14-day full refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds after 14 days are considered case-by-case.
4. Data & privacy
Governed by the Privacy Policy. The plugin runs on your server; content and analytics never leave your infrastructure unless you enable an integration that does so.
5. Warranty & liability
Software is provided 'as is' with no express or implied warranty. Our liability is capped at the amount paid in the trailing 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-plugin and via email 30 days before taking effect.
